This stabilized Hubei turquoise cabochon was hand cut from material sourced from Hubei Province in central China, home to one of the world’s largest turquoise-producing regions. Hubei turquoise is known for its broad range of color, from clear blue and blue-green to deep green, sometimes with yellow, red or brown tones. Brown and black veining, patches and fine spiderweb matrix give the material its strong contrast and distinctive patterns, making it a versatile choice for silversmithing, jewelry making or a one-of-a-kind turquoise setting.

Stabilized for durability and color retention over time, and backed for additional stability while setting and wearing.
