This stabilized Patagonia turquoise cabochon was hand cut from material mined at the Stella Blue claim in the Patagonia Mountains of southeastern Arizona. Less widely known than Kingman or Bisbee, Patagonia turquoise has developed a following for colors ranging from saturated sky blue and blue-green to strong, earthy green, often paired with warm caramel-brown, dark or iron-rich matrix. Its rich color and distinctive southern Arizona origin make it a strong choice for silversmithing, jewelry making or a one-of-a-kind turquoise setting.

Stabilized for durability and color retention over time, and backed for additional stability while setting and wearing.
