Nacozari turquoise comes from the copper-mining district near Nacozari de García in Sonora, Mexico. It is known for strong blue color ranging from bright sky blue to deep navy, often with little matrix or occasional black chert. Turquoise production from the mine has ended, and material now on the market comes from older stock.

Stabilized for durability and color retention over time, and backed for additional stability while setting and wearing.
