This natural Orvil Jack turquoise cabochon was hand cut from material mined at the Blue Ridge claims near Crescent Valley in northern Nevada. Orvil Jack turquoise is prized for its electric lime, chartreuse and yellow-green color—a rare palette found in very few American turquoise deposits. Some stones also display blue-green tones and contrasting brown matrix. Limited production has made high-quality Orvil Jack increasingly scarce and collectible, particularly among silversmiths and jewelry makers seeking distinctive Nevada turquoise.

Natural and untreated, and backed for additional stability while setting and wearing.
