Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Cabochon: Sleeping Beauty has long been a favorite among American turquoise, prized for the blue color and minimal matrix that made this Arizona mine famous. Located near Globe, the mine supplied turquoise to jewelers around the world until turquoise production ended in 2012 as copper mining took priority. Its lasting popularity and the limited supply of remaining rough have kept Sleeping Beauty sought after by collectors and silversmiths alike.
